How to Recover Data that affected from Ransomware Virus!

What is Ransomware?

Ransomware is a type of malicious software that carries out the cryptoviral extortion attack from cryptovirology that blocks access to data until a ransom is paid and displays a message requesting payment to unlock it. Simple ransomware may lock the system in a way which is not difficult for a knowledgeable person to reverse. More advanced malware encrypts the victim's files, making them inaccessible, and demands a ransom payment to decrypt them.[1] The ransomware may also encrypt the computer's Master File Table (MFT)[2][3] or the entire hard drive.[4] Thus, ransomware is a denial-of-access attack that prevents computer users from accessing files[5] since it is intractable to decrypt the files without the decryption key. Ransomware attacks are typically carried out using a Trojan that has a payload disguised as a legitimate file.

While initially popular in Russia, the use of ransomware scams has grown internationally;[6][7][8] in June 2013, security software vendor McAfee released data showing that it had collected over 250,000 unique samples of ransomware in the first quarter of 2013, more than double the number it had obtained in the first quarter of 2012.[9] Wide-ranging attacks involving encryption-based ransomware began to increase through Trojans such as CryptoLocker, which had procured an estimated US$3 million before it was taken down by authorities,[10] and CryptoWall, which was estimated by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to have accrued over $18m by June 2015.[11]

Maria Sharapova banned for two years for failed drugs test but will appeal

Maria Sharapova has been banned for two years by the International Tennis Federation for using a prohibited drug.
The Russian was provisionally banned in March after testing positive for meldonium at January's Australian Open.
The heart disease drug, which 29-year-old Sharapova says she has been taking since 2006 for health issues, became a banned substance on 1 January 2016.
The five-time Grand Slam winner said she "cannot accept" the "unfairly harsh" ban - and will appeal.
Sharapova will challenge the suspension, which is backdated to 26 January 2016, at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas).
In a statement, she said the tribunal concluded her offence was "unintentional" and that she had not tried to use a "performance-enhancing substance".
But she claimed the ITF had asked the tribunal to impose a four-year ban, adding it "spent tremendous amounts of time and resources trying to prove I intentionally violated the anti-doping rules".
The tribunal ruling said Sharapova tested positive for meldonium in an out-of competition test on 2 February, as well as in the aftermath of her Australian Open quarter-final defeat by Serena Williams on 26 January.
It treated both results as a single anti-doping violation.
The London 2012 Olympic silver medallist added: "I have missed playing tennis and I have missed my amazing fans... your love and support has gotten me through these tough days.
"I intend to stand for what I believe is right and that's why I will fight to be back on the tennis court as soon as possible."
The ITF will not appeal against the tribunal's decision.
However, the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) said it would "review the decision, including its reasoning" and decide whether to appeal.
Nike, which suspended its relationship with Sharapova in January, said it would "continue to partner" the Russian, based on the tribunal's findings.
Sharapova was Forbes' highest-paid female athlete for 11 consecutive years, until Williams moved above her this year. The American made £28.9m from winnings and endorsements to Sharapova's £21.9m.
Aged 17, Sharapova became the first Russian to win Wimbledon in 2004, added the US Open in 2006 and the Australian Open in 2008, before completing a career Grand Slam with the French Open title in 2012.

She won the French Open again in 2014, but the 2018 tournament in Paris is the next major Sharapova can enter, when she will be 31.
Wada said in April that scientists were unsure how long meldonium stayed in the system.
It also suggested athletes who tested positive before 1 March could avoid bans, provided they had stopped taking it before 1 January.
However, Sharapova had already admitted she continued taking the substance past that date, saying she was unaware it had been added to the banned list as she knew it by another name - mildronate.
In reaching its verdict, the ITF recognised Sharapova had not intentionally broken anti-doping rules, as she did not know that mildronate contained a banned substance from January of this year.
But the federation said the Russian was "the sole author of her own misfortune", as she had "failed to take any steps to check whether continued use of the medicine was permissible".
Former world number one Caroline Wozniacki described Sharapova's case as a "sad situation".
"Tennis has a really strong anti-drug policy in place and it helps the sport really keep clean," the 25-year-old told BBC Sport.
"It's always a sad situation when someone is getting banned or you have heard they have failed a drug test, not only for Maria but for tennis in general."

Bring back the back-foot no-ball law

Given how front-foot line calls are tougher than they look, this change would allow the umpire more time to focus on decisions after the ball is delivered

No one should be surprised that the front-foot no-ball law is creating controversy and confusion and that umpire Richard Illingworth's error gave Adam Voges a monumental reprieve in theWellington Test.
In 1962, Richie Benaud asked Sir Donald Bradman - both favoured a back-foot law - to act as an umpire in the nets to prove how the then new front-foot no-ball law was unworkable. When the photographs taken in that experiment were developed, Benaud found, "An umpire, on more occasions than not, would be calling no-ball when, in fact, the ball was perfectly legitimate, by something like half an inch. It was just that the umpire's line of sight was pushing the bowler's boot forward so it looked as though it was a no-ball."
Knowing that, it's no surprise Illingworth incorrectly called Doug Bracewell's delivery that bowled Voges a no-ball. What's less clear is why a batsman is reprieved by video replay of a no-ball but a bowler isn't entitled to similar privileges. The answer, we're told, is the poor old batsman might alter his shot on hearing the umpire's call of "no-ball".
What planet are these officials from? If a bowler - even one operating at 150 to 160 kph - oversteps by mere millimetres (the general infringement), it makes absolutely no difference at the batsman's end. And secondly, under the front-foot no-ball law a batsman facing a fast bowler doesn't have time to change his mind, let alone his shot, by the time the umpire's call registers.
Over the years, all sorts of weird and not-so-wonderful changes to the law have been proposed, including that a third umpire be placed on the field to adjudicate solely on the front foot. I wonder what excuse would be proffered when this umpire inevitably got in a tangle with a fielder during either an attempted catch or run-out?
A simple return to a back-foot no-ball law, which was only abandoned because of draggers, would not only eradicate the confusion and inconsistency but also bring other positives to the game.

If the umpire placed a disc where he wants the bowler to land his back foot so that he's not encroaching on the batsman's territory, that should ensure fair play all round

A back-foot no-ball law would virtually eradicate the infringement and make over rates less of a blight on the game. By having the standing umpire concentrate on the bowler's back foot rather than front foot, he would have longer to focus on the batsman's end of the pitch. This should improve umpiring standards, especially when fast bowlers are operating.
How do you overcome the sole objection to this change: the possibility that it would resurrect draggers, with their front foot landing way beyond the batting crease?
If the umpire placed a disc where he wants the bowler to land his back foot so that he's not encroaching on the batsman's territory, that should ensure fair play all round.
How does the umpire know where to place the disc for each bowler? Simple. There's footage of every international bowler taken from side-on via run-out cameras, so by viewing this footage, a mark is established for all bowlers. This is one way technology can be utilised to improve the game. Bowlers' marks could be reviewed from time to time.
There are two complaints about this proposed system.
1) It's arbitrary.
Well, no more so than the front-foot no-ball law, where bowlers of differing heights land their back foot in vastly different positions. This would be the same under the proposed law but the umpire has more time to adjudicate by watching the back rather than the front foot.
2) Umpires prefer laws that are black and white.
What can be more muddled than the current situation, where replays of two different deliveries, going on to strike exactly the same spot on a stump, show one is out and the other is not out lbw, because of the decision made by the on-field umpire? The black-and-white excuse is pure obfuscation.
As I often hear, "The problem with common sense is, it's not that common." That saying is applicable to many of the current laws and it's time the flaws were seriously addressed.

commentator for Channel 9, and a columnist

The Division Game

The Division plays much like a standard third-person shooter, but has many elements of an MMO / RPG. Keep these things in mind during your first few play sessions...

XP DOESN'T UNLOCK SKILLS

One of the ways The Division differs from other RPGs is that instead of earning new skills and abilities by earning XP and leveling up, players unlock new abilities and perks by improving and expanding their Base of Operations.

This means that when you build a new wing of the Medical ward, you'll unlock a new healing skill (and potentially a new perk or two). Earning XPis valuable, however, as you can use better weapons and gear after reaching higher levels.
See our section on Leveling Up for tips on how to reach
max level quickly!

SOLO OR CO-OP?

Despite requiring an online connection, The Division can be played either entirely on your own or with a group of up to three friends. The difficulty of the game scales based on how many people are playing together, meaning that if you're playing as a Lone Wolf you'll have an easier experience than if you were in a full four-person fireteam.
When replaying a mission on Hard, the difficulty is increased considerably. It is advised that you bring at least one team member with you when replaying a mission on higher difficulty.
Remember that you can only be revivied if you have a partner and that there are no AI partners that you can have. Go down solo and you will have to restart from the checkpoint.

COVER TO COVER

When you need to switch from cover fast you can aim your screen towards the cover and hold the A button. This lets you beeline for the cover and minimizes the time you are exposed to enemy fire.

SUPPRESSING AN ENEMY

If you are in a group, one person can use a LMG to suppress the enemy in their cover. This allows you to move up and flank them, attacking them at their sides.
When an enemy is suppressed they cannot peak above the cover and fire back allowing people to move around without fear of being shot at as long as some is still shooting in the enemy's cover.

ROLL OUT

If an enemy lobs a grenade in your direction, or you're suppressed by heavy fire, you can double-tap the Cover button to perform a dodge-roll to quickly evade incoming damage. This is particularly useful when moving across open spaces between cover.
Keep in mind though that, due to the fact you you have to press the Cover-button. You will automaticaly go towards a cover if you are close enough making it annoying for directing where you want to go.

WEAPONS ARE UNIQUE

In the general open world (not the Dark Zone), the weapons you see dropped will be different from those that your squad members find. Not only is the loot instanced, but each weapon has a randomly rolled set of stats and attributes.

Leveling Up

The max level in The Division is Level 30 for PVE experience, and the max level in the Dark Zone is Rank 50. Use these tips to quickly increase your XP and DZ level.

LEVEL UP FAST

Unfortunately, TCTD doesn't have "get-rich-quick" exploits that will allow you to level up quickly. However, there's a ton of opportunities to earn additional XP here and there, in addition to playing story and side missions. Here are some example activities to keep an eye out for while playing (or re-playing) the game:
  • Replay missions on higher difficulties.
  • Find and complete Side Missions
  • Complete random encounters
  • Locate ECHO sequences
The more you do, the more XP you'll earn. You can earn bonus XP by replaying missions on higher difficulty as well, so consider running each mission at least twice.

DARK ZONE RANKING

Your Dark Zone ranking will allow you access to better weapons, gear and resources both at vendors and when crafting. You can increase your DZ rank by killing enemies (and other rouge players), locating loot crates and completing objectives.
Keep in mind, however, that your DZ rank will go down if you die too often, so be careful about which enemies / players you choose to cross paths with.

Where to Find Loot

There are several ways to score better loot once you reach a higher level in The Division, but here are some pointers for scoring good gear early on.

CHELSEA: QUARANTINE ZONE LOOT STASH

A few blocks south of your Base of Operations, near the corner of 8th and 24th is an alleyway between rows of apartment buildings. Make your way to the end of the alley and enter the contaminated building (marked with yellow hazard signs and sheeting).

This is also an encounter location, but more importantly each floor has rooms full of customization gear (hats, jackets, etc). There is also a lockpick door on the bottom floor containing a loot chest and some item packs.

REPLAY THE STORY MISSIONS

After you've completed the available story missions for the first time, you can opt to replay them again on a higher difficulty. This results in more valuable mission rewards (typically a blue item or weapon, as opposed to the green one you'd receive for playing on Normal), and enemies that are more likely to drop better items.

Enemies will be more plentiful, deal more damage and have much greater HP than on normal. However, the end-mission "boss" will also drop a high-value item. To change a missions difficult, approach the starting area and enter the Mission Replay menu by pressing the Interaction button (pictured above).

BECOME A MASTER OF UNLOCKING

While exploring the world and doing missions, players will occasionally come across a locked door that can only be opened with a lockpick. These rooms often have substantially better loot than players would regularly find out in the street.

Lock picks are dropped randomly by vanquished enemies, and can also be found in the loot satchels that are scattered around the map. If you're unsure whether or not you have any lockpicks, check the Pouches tab of your Inventory.
